Read onlyDear Amazon Seller Forum,
I am reaching out to seek urgent assistance regarding a distressing issue with my Amazon account. I recently received a notification stating that my account had been permanently closed due to a violation of Policy #3. I was shocked and immediately submitted the required documentation to appeal this decision.
However, it has been several days, and I have not received any response from Amazon. My emails to the appeal address have been met with silence, and I am growing increasingly concerned about the lack of communication. I have invested a significant amount of time and resources into building my business on Amazon, and this sudden closure has had a severe impact on my livelihood.
I have carefully reviewed Policy #3 and am confident that my account actions have not violated any terms. The documents I provided clearly demonstrate my compliance with Amazon's policies. Despite this, the lack of feedback or acknowledgment from Amazon is disheartening and leaves me without a clear path forward.
I am reaching out to the Amazon Support Community in hopes of finding a way to re-establish communication with Amazon. If anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows of a more effective way to get a response from Amazon's support team, I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance.
Please help me get my account back on track. I am willing to provide any additional information needed and am hopeful that a resolution can be found. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Apparently, Amazon has a different opinion.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
As suggested, post your suspension notice.
But I'll add, if it's been several days and you've not heard back, that's a GOOD thing. Most rejections happen within minutes; if you didn't get rejected right away, that means that, at the very least, you got past the bots and your submission will be looked at by actual humans.
