Read onlyDear Community,
I am reaching out in desperation as a long-time seller on Amazon. Recently, I received a policy compliance violation notice from Amazon, accusing me of violating the Seller Code of Conduct. The specific reason given was "Selling Policies and Seller Code of Conduct (attempting to damage or abuse another seller)." This has caused my account health rating to plummet to 0, and my account is now on the verge of deactivation.
I have meticulously reviewed the Seller Code of Conduct, consulted with my team, and can confidently say that I have not engaged in any actions that would harm another seller. I am completely at a loss as to what triggered this violation. I have already submitted two appeals, explaining that this might be a system error, but each time, I received the same generic response: "We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time."
I have also spoken with the Account Health Specialist team, hoping for some clarity or guidance. Unfortunately, they have been unable to provide any specific details regarding the violation, leaving me in a state of confusion and frustration. I have repeatedly asked for specific reasons so that I could address any potential issues in my appeal, but to no avail.
This situation feels akin to being wrongfully accused and punished without even knowing what crime I’ve supposedly committed. My business, which I have worked so hard to build, is now at risk, and I am sitting on a substantial amount of inventory that I may not be able to sell.
I am genuinely heartbroken and disillusioned with how Amazon's system handles such serious matters. I am pleading for help, advice, or any insights from fellow sellers or Amazon representatives who might be able to assist me in resolving this issue before my account is permanently deactivated.
Could any moderators please review my case?
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and understanding.
I know your pain, I have been there. I was accused of having opened a fraudulent Amazon account in Poland. But they didn't tell me much else apart from the fact that I had to prove that I didn't or I had to upload a document proving that I didn't have any connections to that account. It's like proving to have divorced when you were never married in the first place. Account health and mods just repeated the Amazon's line and I was going slightly mad, starting to doubt myself.
Eventually I applied for independent mediation and Amazon reinstated my account, going through mediation they would have had to pay expenses and everything if I won. I didn't pay a penny. Anyway if you want to try the application for is here https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/mediation/applications
I also feel you pain Amazon just suspended my account stating they have linked it to another sellers account which I have no connection with. So after 10 years of selling on Amazon and seeing the highs in 2020 of 1.5 million turnover it looks like it is finally over.
Hey there @Seller_JgsF1MI1Cc2hj,
What is the current state of your account now?
