Hi all I wonder if anyone can help me. I applied for Handmade to sell my products as of course they are all handmade. However I am having a total nightmare I had to contact appeal as the said I had not provided all information (I did)

I have sent this along with new questions I was asked to provide. I have not heard anything back I have also followed up with another email to find out if I had provided all the correct information still no response. Im at my wits end as I cant seem to get anywhere with this. I have the professional account but need to move to Handmade as that is what my products are.

If anyone could advise that would be great. Thank you in advance

I'm hoping posting this on the forum may get me further that my consistent emails to the handmade team has..

I've applied for Amazon Handmade, I actually applied last year and my application was refused on the grounds that I don't have a valid selling account. I do have a selling account, and all of my information is up to date but each time I contact the team, or one of the emails I have been told to contact I either get ignored, a generic reply or my emails bounce back as the addresses aren't valid.

Has anyone experienced this and can anyone possibly advise?

I have recently been approved on Handmade and my items are listed under Jewellery but now I need to change them all to Handmade Products>Jewellery. Is there any way of changing the product type/category without me having to delete the listings and create them again under Handmade products?

I contacted Seller support but they only suggested to change the delete the listings and create them again, but I have many items and this would be a very big deal.

I have been able to change the Search Node to Handmade Products, but not the category as when I open the listing it still falls under regular Jewellery and not Handmade products.

I have also read somewhere that using some automated JSON files the type can be edited but I have no idea of this.
