Hello, I created my Amazon UK seller account under my current UK Ltd company, but I now need to update my account to reflect a new UK Ltd company instead. I am the owner of both the previous Ltd and the new Ltd, and I will also remain the owner of the Amazon seller account itself. Could you please guide me through the process of removing the previous Ltd and adding my new one in Seller Central?

Our seller account has been deactivated due to an alleged violation of the “Multiple Accounts Policy.” However, we do not have another active account. Here’s the background:

We initially created an account on the Spanish marketplace, but when we moved to the UK, we wanted to convert it to a UK seller account. Since this wasn’t possible, we were advised by Amazon support to close the Spanish account and create a new one in the UK, which we followed.

Unfortunately, the new account we created was deactivated shortly after. We’ve been trying to reactivate it for months now, but so far, we haven’t received any assistance. Moreover, there doesn’t seem to be a way to directly contact the support team through the deactivated account.

To clarify, we have access to the brand registry for our brand and currently, no accounts are connected to it.

Is there any way we can get the account reactivated? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My UK account has been deactivated which now has caused my USA account to be deactivated, I only sell in the USA and do not need or want the UK account

I have tried logging into the UK account as it has missing credit card information but it will not allow me to update, I do not have access to the seller support or case log, which they repeatedly tell me to go to which is impossible as nothing works!

Anyone know a solution or how to deactivate the UK account?

This has been going on for weeks, just going round and round with Amazon and get no help, I can not speak to anyone in the UK seller team as it seems many are bots and just repeat over and over the same thing

Now I am about to lose my inventory in the USA as they are destroying it as my UK account isn't active
