"The SKU for this item is unknown or cannot be found."
Hello, I’m trying to add a product to my inventory. I get to the “Packing details” form and normally I select ‘no prep needed’ and ‘seller labels units’ but for some reason on this product I’m getting the following error:

The SKU for this item is unknown or cannot be found.
If you have resolved all errors, please save your updated packing template.
What’s causing this or how do I fix it? Never had a problem like this before!

P.S The product I’m trying to list is ungated as I can create a FBA listing.

Have you just converted it to fba ?
Mine do this if I only converted it 10 minutes previously

I was getting this error before when my listings were being refused for one reason or another. Check your drafts and see if it’s in there

Does anyone know how to resolve this? I’m adding to an existing product on amazon. When I get to the packaging details page I select ‘no prep needed’ and for who labels units? I select ‘by seller’. However I can’t then save and continue as I get the error ‘The SKU for this item is unknown or cannot be found’. How can I resolve this?
