Someone here enrolled to "Amazon VAT Services"?

For those of you that enrolled to “Amazon VAT Services”?

How you guys Claim back Import Taxes and the 20% VAT that Amazon charging for their services (Like PPC spend)?

As I understand, Amazon VAT services / Avalara calculate my VAT return and submit it to the HMRC without re-claim nothing.

They told me that I have to hire another VAT agent for that, which not make sense.
