Supplier sent incorrect product
Hello there,
The supplier shipped the product to Amazon’s warehouse. The problem is that I realised that the supplier sent the product but with different specification (e.g dumbbells with different weights). The products are already labelled with the FNSKU (FNSKU does not match) and currently shipping. I am willing to sell the new product, but will Amazon be able to manually stick new barcodes on?

In a word, no.
You will have no option but to get the stock returned to yourself and then send it in again, with the correct labels, for the correct product.
