New Seller Account Problems
We are a new Uk seller.
We have been verified to sell.
Problem is. Amazon are sending emails to start listing. Taking monthly payments but when I go into list it’s not asking us.
Due to the same old… ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED problems.
We have sent loads of documents and still no good.
Requested call backs… Nothing!
Emails are looking Auto Generated.
But don’t resolve the issues.
Will someone please CALL BACK as Requested
Will be easier to get explanation as well as us explain.

It might be the fact the address is a virtual business address as well as a few people have posted recently with issues getting verified when they are using virtual addresses.

If you’re running your business from home then surely the business insurance is from home too… Or do you mean its insured address is home but correspondence address is the virtual one?

I’m confused on the 2 addresses then, the start of the thread says there’s a po box for the business because it can’t be run from home, but then it is run from home and insured at home which doesn’t make sense.
Are you planning to use the other address as the ‘ship from’ address rather than home, is that why?

The last email you had asking for documents, did that mention a mobile bill? Wouldn’t want you taking out a contract if it won’t be accepted

I have now downgraded.
The option is pending.
It tells me on CLOSE ACCOUNT Tab to follow directions.
Done that. But tells me to go to menu an select the right option.
Problem is…
the menu not showing up.
Plus doesn’t give me any other options.
Anyone got any ideas?
Do I have to wait till date given to do the closure bit!?
