Writing a POA as lost premium shipping option as low VTR
So, how am I able to write a POA when Amazon have removed my ability to ship premium shipping because of a low VTR?
How many swear words is it possible to add when they mess up your business and upset customers through a new VTR system which does not work?

The eligibility metrics for Premium Shipping are separate to the VTR metric.
Only Premium Delivery orders themselves are counted towards Premium Delivery eligibility metrics. It has it’s own VTR, and OTDR based on just Premium Delivery orders - which should be sent via fully tracked methods not RM24/48.

Premium shipping - from experience - automatically comes back on after 30 days

VTR has always been a thing for premium shipping…
As a general rule, premium shipping eligibility will re-activate itself in around 30 days, however if you want to get it back up and running sooner then:
Follow the normal layout of a POA (what caused the issue, what you did to fix it, what you have done to prevent it happening again), generally Amazon WILL accept “I uploaded valid tracking but Amazon’s systems didn’t recognise it” as long as you provide clear examples of orders where the tracking was uploaded on time and is valid.
They also usually accept “I have reached out to seller support regarding the cause of this issue and I am currently awaiting a response” (or “their response was: x y z”) as a valid “actions to prevent it happening again”.
within the same message but after the end of the PoA, include a list of all order numbers which have been counted as invalid.
Yeah, unless you get like… 3-5 premium shipping orders per day then you can’t absorb even a single defect like that without having issues.
If you want to write a PoA to try to get it reinstated, considering late delivery was the cause…
Make sure you put the blame squarely on yourself, the “cause” was Royal Mail failed to deliver on time, the delay was likely caused by a damaged/faded postage label (assuming you actually got it to royal mail on time).
To “fix” this you contacted royal mail to raise the issue with them, you have refunded the customer the premium shipping costs they paid (make sure you do this before sending the PoA).
To prevent it happening again you will double-check that all labels are clear before they are sent out, you have also followed up with royal mail to ensure that they are able to meet the delivery estimates.
just FYI, “tracked 24” is a 24-48 hour service, “tracked 48” is 48-72 hours

I have tried the POA route before and never managed to have one accepted but as @The_Little_Shop says it does come back after around 30 days
