Verifiable supplier information for Private Label Grocery products

Hi,

We are trying to list a product that is made for us as private label. so was never listed on Amazon.

I’ve applied to sell in the Grocery category and got the following message:
" – We were not able to verify the supplier information listed on the invoice provided. Please provide an invoice with valid, verifiable supplier information."

The invoice I’ve uploaded include all our manufacturer information.

Can you please advice what I should do?

On the invoice does it show:

Website, Phone, email and address of the manufacturer? or just some of that info?

Thanks guys,

They are based in Israel which is also shown on the invoice.

I will ask the manufacturer to add their website to the invoice.

Do you think anything else is missing?
