My account in UK and European marketplace was deactivated due to section 3. I have submitted more than 20 files to prove the authenticity and apply for reactivate. However, it still requires us to offer additional documents twice but without any performance notification, email or case to tell what additional documents they are. I have created the cases and called the seller support to ask for help but they just kept me wait and didn't reply any more. I can't even find a Chinese seller support!
Who can I contact next?
What are those so-called additional documents?
How to reactivate my account?
