Amazon Germany (shipping from UK) - "Sorry, this item can't be sent to your selected address" error

Hello,

We are selling on Amazon UK and Europe,
Recently we noticed that our customers from Amazon.de can’t purchase our items,

I have checked it using my personal account to ship to Germany address and we have an error “Sorry, this item can’t be sent to your selected address”

I have checked the shipping settings and everything looks fine,
Did anyone had a similar issue?
