UK Account Deactivation

Hi, My account was deactivated today after asking for verification for my payment account. I submitted a statement but it was considered invalid. They asked me to provide a statement with a sign and stamp of the bank.

My issue is that I am not in Canada at the moment so getting a signed and stamped statement isnt possible. Nor do I have any bills on my name as I live with my parents there.

What can i do to solve this
