We have a removal order which has been processing for over 8 months. This processing time is extremely long and when we've created cases to seller support and they give us the same generic responses that they cannot expedite the process and to remain patient. Whats more, we've down to 27 units and we've located the exact ware house where these units are located and forwarded that information to seller support and they've done nothing with it. We have tried to cancel it without any success. We need to complete the removal process to reinstate this ASIN as these units were recalled.
Any moderators who could assist? We would greatly appreciate it
