Read onlyWhat exactly happens to all the orders that have shipping paid for through Amazon but never used? So the tracking number shows "Package left the shipper facility" and then usually followed by " Package delayed in transit" which basically means we never shipped the item. Shouldn't we get a full refund for all of these orders? They say the shipping process is all automated so if the package is light or heavy it will charge us or credit us automatically. So why doesn't unused postage get automatically refunded? I bet USPS doesn't charge Amazon for the shipping until the postage is scanned and since it is never scanned they wouldn't be charged.
This could be a huge class action lawsuit if you ask me. I would guess this past year I have had about 250-500 of these easily at a low estimate of $5 bucks a pop and that is $1250 to $2500
So you are printing labels telling the buyer that you have shipped their item, receiving their funds but never actually shipping their item? I must be misunderstanding something.
