Listing removed for policy violation- Help

Hi, I have had 7 listings removed for polciy vilation, however they have not appeared on my notifications or account health,. I cannot figure out which policy has been vilated, and the item is not visible

I have spoke to seller support and they have said speak to account health theam. Account health team have no record of it as it is not on my dashboard, and cannot figure out why it has been removed. Any assistance wqould be great @Winston_Amazon@Sarah_Amzn

Where the items in stock when you had the violation?

I had some a few months ago where the listings were removed for copyright infringement but I had zero stock and I did not get a violation. Was no way to appeal them as they didn't appear in account health dashboard.

For listings where I did have stock I got a violation and could appeal them.

In my case the lisitngs got reactivated as it was due to a brand protection company taking down loads of lisitngs by mistake.

Hi this happens to me regularly. Have you got these products in your inventory? If you don’t then it may be that you have removed them at an early date. Amazon has a glitch in their system (surprise, surprise) and they’ll just send you round in circles without taking any responsibility themselves. I do feel that it may affect your sales for a short period of time which is not ideal but it won’t be more than a couple of days. I wouldn’t bother asking Amazon Seller Support or Account Health as they’ll probably take longer working on it just to tell you that they see no problem and this will probably have a longer effect on your sales. I’ve asked them to sort it out multiple times (at least 20) but it’s the same old story every time.
