Shipping charges
I'm new to this game. I buy my own shipping through USPS Priority. I pay typically $15.80 per order to ship, but Amazon sets their own shipping rate on my items at only $5.99 for the buyer. However, when a buyer returns an item I get charged nearly $32 for their return shipping. How does that work??? If they only charge the buyer $5.99 but then bill me back for $32???

If you are on the professional plan, you set the shipping charge through templates.
If on the individual plan, then you have no control over shipping charges.
