Ungated, Shipped FBA Units, Now Gated?
Hello,
New seller here for FBA. On April 17, I submitted a Brand application. I bought my units, completed the requirements and was approved to list. On Tuesday (April 29), I listed, packed and shipped my FBA shipment. Last night (April 30), I checked the ASIN and out of the blue i’m restricted and gated again? Shipment was delivered and received by Amazon this morning (May 1).
Since I was approved and able to list, will my units be approved to sell? Or do I have to go through the application process again?
This is disappointing to experience as this is my first FBA shipment and was really excited to kick things off on the right track.
Thank you in advance!

Recall your inventory now, while you still can. Just because Amazon approves you does not mean the brand you are selling does.

Same here. 1000 dollars of inventory lost for us today since it is not possible to send back anything anymore. Breath, learn and move on.

You are a new seller. You never READ the forum before, why? Daily the same question. Now you learned the hard way that "approved" or "ungated" by Amazon does NOT mean that you are allowed to sell it on Amazon. As said, try to create a removal order immediately for at least not loose your products. Then you sell them elsewhere.
