Hi I have recently lost my featured offer for two of my branded products. I have always had the featured offer for the entire time I have sold the items. I am the only seller of the items on Amazon. I have contacted seller support but they just say they cannot discuss why I have lost the buy box?

Hi , I also have lost the featured offer on my listing. We're really not happy as it's really affecting our sales and BSR. I have also always had the featured offer for the entire time I have sold the items. I am the only seller of the items on Amazon- it's my own brand. Our seller central account is in good health, we have good sales and Feedback and have spent a small fortune on ppc so this is rather upsetting.

It may be related to us changing the pricing of our item which was done in error, however we have now set a constant fair price and have enrolled in Amazon automated pricing.

Please can someone help, it would be much appreciated.

Issue: Since April 27, 2024, all ASIN of our store have lost their Featured Offer eligibility (Buy Box).Before that, some of the ASIN we sold were had Featured Offer and some ASIN were had not. The point is this: Before April 27, all ASIN are eligible to grab the Featured Offer whether they have the Featured Offer.However, no matter whether the ASIN in our store is adjusted to competitive prices, it no longer has the qualification to occupy the first class.Our Featured offer has remained at 0% since then.

Our ASINs meet the requirements for Featured Offer eligibility as follows:

1-Filfulment by Amazon

2-We are professional selling accounts

3-Keep good and healthy performance metrics

The most important point:

Our ASIN lost all it‘s ’Featured Offer eligibility' overnight. Please note that it is not just 1 ASIN or some ASINs, but all ASINs have lost their eligibility. We can understand and accept that some ASINs don't have 'Featured Offer' because they don't completely meet Amazon Featured offer standard. However, the worst problem we are currently facing is that our ASINs do not have the qualification to seize the Featured Offer eligibility , and the key is that it has lost the qualifications.This is abnormal and unreasonable.
