Amazon lost shipment and does not help

Hello,

we shipped a shipment: FBA15JRS9F9Q, Case ID: 10655170952 to Amazon:

Amazon UK Services Ltd. LBA4_IP9 Amazon, Unit IP9 Toronto Way, New Rossington, DONCASTER DN11 0GU, GB (LBA4)

The shipment was delivered, there is clear evidence with photo of delivery and the person who took over the shipment.

It has been 2 months and amazon still writes back that the shipment did not arrive, and we cannot get reimbursement or make a claim.

They reply is always the same even though we sent all evicence and photos that the shipment was delivered properly.

What can I do? worst case, we need to take legal action. This is fraud that noone is helping and the answers they provide through customer service is copy paste the same, without commenting on our evidence.

We need help and advice please.

Why wait? Legal action is usually the only way to resolve these issues in a timely fashion as it's the only language that Amazon understand. Legal action is cheap and easy. Go for it, don't delay any longer.
