Hi,
Can anyone advise if browse nodes get changed at all for one reason or another. We seem to have had browsenodes on certain product and upon checking today there didn’t appear to be any browse node attached at all. Hence why perhaps sales have dropped

Yes they do get changed and is common place for many products to have browse node changes.
Browse nodes could be changed by Amazon or they can be changed by the brand owner or contributor to the listing.
Browse nodes are often extended and updated and would daresay bots may have a role to play when things get deleted.
I assume by your initial statement you are aware of the importance of ensuring you have the correct browse node attached to products but you may be able to get them changed in the listing or you can request it it with seller support.

For European browse nodes i suggest to use the ID to identify the correct one considering the language barrier.
Here is a link from where you can download the UK list with the corespondent nodes id`s for Germany, Spain, France and Italy.

I changed the node 72 hrs ago, the text has changed but the browsenode ID: has not changed. its still showing: node ID: 117333031 and this should have changed to ID : 344273031
