Unable to disburse
I used to get a disbursement most days, I’d say 3 out of 4 but the last 2 weeks I’ve had a couple of small disbursements and Amazon has just added money I’ve earned to my balance, which has reached the highest amount I’ve ever had.
What would cause this please?

If you’ve received no funds check your bank account is still verified otherwise, its just your rolling reserve dates verses sale dates

I had something similar recently,no reason why they shouldn’t be disbursing. I messaged seller support and all of a sudden it disbursed automatically, when asking what was wrong in the first place (it was going on for months) they wouldnt answer me. Another low down Amazon trick I would imagine.

I had the exact same happen on the Monday just gone.
When I went into the card details it had the incorrect billing address which it shouldn’t have been as I change it months ago. I’ve changed it now and they told me that there is now a 3 day buffer period before I can access my money again.
I’m slightly worried as the account was blocked before I changed it but I guess I’ll just have to wait and see.
Did you manage to recover the ability to disburse?

You have a whole month from the date of the loan repayment to pay it but once your balance goes above the amount it let’s you disburse. There must be a separate issue if the whole amount wasn’t taken despite you having enough in your balance.

Any luck? I’m heavily invested in finding a solution because I still cant disburse and I have an Amex to pay ahah. My account hold should’ve cleared but hasn’t

So on the statement view page which should show your lending payments etc what does that say in net proceeds? And at the top is funds available £0?

Seller support are currently looking into my problem, there was a fair bit of head-scratching from the first guy I spoke to and he did check to see if my account was restricted in any way and advised that it wasn’t.
My current situation is that I am showing a scheduled disbursement of £8,860 for later this month but current funds available is MINUS £530, it’s utterly bizarre.

On a PC it doesn’t show as a negative number it shows as £0.00, although this morning it was showing £76 for a brief time. Just add salt to the wound, the email I was supposed to write back to at seller support now says “We’re sorry. You’ve written to an address that cannot accept incoming
e-mail.”

Right, it may have something to do with this, I received this email an hour ago:
"Dear seller,
Please read this message carefully: Your seller account does not have a UK VAT number and we need you to update it in Seller Central to ensure that you do not lose your ability to inbound stock to FBA or sell in the UK marketplace.
Please upload all European VAT numbers that you have available at https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/tax/registrations"
However, when I clicked the link it showed my already entered and verified VAT number:

Just an update someone recommended I write to Support@amazoncapitalservices.co.uk so this is what I have sent and the latest update:
Hi, I have a problem and I really hope you can help me.
My account isn’t disbursing correctly and it seems to have coincided with me taking the Amazon loan (although may not be connected.)
I first noticed something was wrong when my manual disbursements (which used to be daily,) went for days at a time with no funds available. I am aware of account level reserves, fees, loan payments etc., but these things didn’t account for the lack of funds - I could see the amount sat there and the figure after all deductions but it would not move over to funds available to disburse.
I contacted seller support who sent me a standard email back simply explaining how disbursements work.
I maybe wouldn’t have noticed anything was wrong but this is the busiest I have ever been and I have taken £17.5K in the last 30 days - however it has only let me disburse about £1,000 in the last two weeks.
Last night someone must have done something because my settlement date which was later in the month suddenly became the 9th July just after midnight. It showed £9700 available to disburse so I thought it had been fixed, I disbursed it but this morning the disbursement had changed to £486.22.
