When I try to upload images for my new product listing, some images upload fine while others I get an error saying file type not supported. All the images are the same type, JPG, and are under the size limit. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to upload the images successfully? (I am using a MacBook to do this)

When attempting to connect variations through Seller central using the 'add product via upload' process, I was interrupted with the following error:

"Sorry, the seller is blocked and cannot upload feeds in this marketplace (MERCHANT_STATUS_BLOCKED)".

Are you able to provide some assistance as to why this looks to be happening?

I've been using the Product Photo Studio to take pictures of my products for quite some time. However, when I switch to the NEW Home Screen (which is obviously under development and due to launch on 30th Sept), I cannot find the Product Photo Studio option. This obviously means I'll have to find another application to take my pictures if it is no longer supported on the new home screen.

Can anyone tell me where to find it on the new home screen?

Or can you give me alternative apps to use to take my product pictures - not too complicated as I like the ease of Product Photo Studio - just click, crop, adjust the background lighting and job done.
