Brand Name has been tampered

Hi, recently one of my top selling listing’s brand name has been changed to another brand Ferenu and they have even joined the Transparency programme to protect the brand.

Anyone has the similar experience? I have tried searching for Ferenu and seems like a few products sold are by Amazon US (or Amazon Export Sale LLC). Very suspicious…

Of course I have filed a case to Seller Support but as usual nothing happened yet.

Question remained: Who can easily altered a brand name field (which is locked even to brand owner) to something else? I tried a partial update of file upload to alter the name back and got a warning: “The attribute you are attempting to update (attribute: [customer_return_policy]) is protected and cannot be updated by non-authorized sellers.” So I am the brand owner that no longer authorised and no longer owned the listing.

Product page is still showing correct brand name Colourful Baby World, but if you do a search for Ferenu you will see the product is branded as Ferenu.
