incorrect Winning Contributor

Hello, has anyone else experienced this and know how to get it resolved....

I have listed my own branded products. (not live yet) I accidentally listed them in the US market place.

I am now unable to remove or edit my product images or descriptions as Amazon say i am not the winning contributor. I have been told the 'winning contributors token number and as i already know it belongs to my US seller account.

I have spent about 2 weeks on and off trying to get Amazon to rectify this but each time i just get unhelpful advise.

Is there anyone that can suggest or help
