Product Authenticity Complaints

Hi,

Recently, we received claims from customer regarding “fake” products. I’m just trying to figure out how can I solve this issue?

All my applications been rejected to this date. I have submitted, purchase invoice for current item - where our company details and supplier details are visible. Item is visible too - sku, barcode, price and quantity ordered. Also I added screenshot from my sellercentral for particular item - all sales data for last 12 months. Submitted info, but still rejected.

I just want to understand how and what I need to submit to prove Amazon, that our item for which we received complain is authentic.

Can someone assist me with this matter please? Contacted SS, but did not received any helpful information.

How did you list your items did you follow a bacode or search for the items?

Whats the ASIN that the complaint has been made on ?

Not the actual brand of the item but whats the brand name its listed under.

Answer these questions and some of the other sellers will be able to answer your querie.

To appeal from the decision, you should go to your Seller Central profile -> Account Health -> Product Policy Compliance and check recent communication sent by the Amazon agent.

You will see what actions are required from your end.

Hi,

That’s what I did, submited purchase invoice from supplier, where barcode, sku codes is visible for particular ASIN .All company details on the invoice are visible - ours and supplier.

Obviously, invoice was rejected - reason: not enough information, without any explanation.

What exactly is required to appeal such cases?
