Problem with UPS collection - Help

I have a shipment that has just arrived at a UK port. I’m trying to arrange for UPS to collect it but my forwarder says I need to give them a badge number or the registration of the truck that will be collecting it.

Does any one know if it’s possible to obtain this information when using Amazon’s partnered shipping with UPS?

If not is there another way round this?

Probably not and if you do find one, you’ll no doubt also have to supply the inside leg measurement of the driver and his mother’s maiden name
