Today I received a unit back from Amazon with the pslip stating the item is 'defective'. The issue? Hard to tell really as there's nothing wrong with the product, it's in perfect condition, nothing wrong with the packaging, again in perfect condition.
I suspect the issue is that Amazon have decided to use the wrong image on the product page - the fulfilment operative has taken a quick look, spotted the wrong image but hasn't bothered to read the product title, hasn't read the product description, and hasn't checked the other product images, all of which are correct, they've just seen the wrong image and marked the item as defective.
I have previously raised a case asking for Amazon to remove the wrong image (I can't do it) but this simple matter seems to be overly complicated and of course I didn't get anywhere. It also looks like the correct images have been uploaded by other vendors, however Amazon are still using the wrong image.
Can a mod take a look at this? The case number is 10124165022.
