Brand Registry application needs to be submitted by the trademark owner.

If you are an authorized agent of the brand, please first have the actual trademark owner enroll their brand into Brand Registry with their account. Once the brand is approved, the brand owner can add your account as an authorized user."

I submitted my request for brand registry, I noticed that the related case status changed to "Answered case", but the status of my brand registry application still reads "Pending Review". I did receive a email with a resolution for the case number but no information was contained it was simply a did i solve your problem (Yes or No) . I am trying to register my brand although the application was declined as the brand name was not permanently affixed to the product or packaging, I now have packaging with the brand name affixed as required. However the original application is still showing as under review and has been for a month. I cannot reapply as I am met with "Application for brand XXXX is currently under review". I cannot reopen the original case about the brand being rejected, nor access the page to seek help from the brand registry team as I am met with a message saying I need to enroll at least one brand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
