Evri Postage 6th December

Hi All,

I have an issue on my account regarding Evri Shipping.

I sent 10 parcels on the 6th December and purchased Evri Labels though Amazons "Buy Shipping" option.

In my orders status page, all 10 orders have the status "Waiting for Collection", which would indicate they are sitting at the Parcel Shop. I know this to be incorrect as they loaded them in the van whilst I was there. I have a receipt from the parcel shop as proof of drop off.

Anyway, fast forward to today (14th Dec), customer contacts me saying there is insufficient postage on the parcel and they are required to pay £7 to receive their parcel. I have asked the customer to send me the notification they have received so I can a look into it for them.

Investigating further, when I download my Labels Purchased through Amazon report, none of the 10 labels purchased on that day are showing up in the report. This is quite concerning as I was able to "buy" the Evri postage, print and affix the Evri generated labels to my parcels before dropping off at the Parcel Shop.

I have a concern now that the other 9 customers will be contacting me shortly about the same thing.

Contacted seller support (Case ID: 10616180112), they didn't really grasp the situation, stating I should contact Evri and put in a claim. This is not the correct course of action as I do not believe Evri have been paid for these labels (hence them asking the recipient to pony up the cost of the missing postage).

There has clearly been an error between Amazons Label generating system that has let me "Purchase" and generate Evri labels, but for what ever reason, the transaction has not gone through to Evri.

Firstly, has anyone else had issues with Evri postage on the 6th December (I have done numerous orders since the 6th that have all gone through) and secondly, is there any moderators that can look into this please?

So, an update on this.

None of Evri packages were delivered by Evri. The ones that I know about have been delivered / attempted to be delivered by Royal Mail, all asking for payment to be made by the customer.

My only conclusion can be is that the Parcel Shop I used (which is also a Sub Post Office) have somehow mixed up my Evri Parcels and they have entered the RM network.

My question now for my fellow sellers is, have any of you found an easy way of filing a claim with EVRI without going through the painful "Bot" system, one parcel at a time on the Evri website?

All 10 packages were scanned into their network at the point of drop off and all have the status "waiting for collection". I do not have an account manager (just purchased labels through AMZ).

The entire debacle has cost me around £250 in refunds (so far), and I still have two deliveries of the 10 not accounted for (even though I did manage to contact all customers to tell that what has happened).

Any advice greatly appreciated regarding getting compensation from Evri as it does seem to be an Evri generated problem.

Thank you.
