What happens to my inventory if I delete my listing?
Hi,
I am new to Amazon, and I have a listing that is by mistake linked to a brand I dont know.
Therefore, I am not able to update my listing, and all my product details are removed from the product page that only pictures and wrong data shows on Amazon website.
I contacted Seller Central Support for more than 2 weeks now and they are really disappinting with their copy and paste answers.
I have the EAN/UPC codes and certificate as proof that the listings are mine.
As Seller Central is useless and I cant make add my product details, I am thinking of deleting my listing (linked to a brand I dont know) and create a new linting. I would like to ask what will happen to my existing inventory, and how can these inventories be transfered to the new listing I created?
Any guidane or help is really appreciated
Many Thanks

You can’t change the Brand once it is linked to the ASIN number (UPC) in the Amazon database.
If you don’t have the stock sent to Amazon warehouses, I’d delete and start again, but you will need a new EAN code and list your products, making sure you have the proper Brand.
If you have existing Inventory in Amazon, it gets trickier and generally the only option is to withdraw your items back and re-barcode them with the listing that you have set up properly and resend. Costly, depending on how much stock you have sent off.
