At a guess - it looks like your business is registered at a virtual address, or at least an address that shares its space with 178 other businesses.
Now, looking up the address on google streetview - amazon MAY find it hard to believe that 178 businesses could operate from a 2 up, 2 down end terrace house. The problem is likely to be you have been connected with another account operating from that address.
