Image update not possible

Guys

so i have been selling my products for 2 years. Its mine by trade mark and registered with brand registry. i am unable to upload new images as its states that another seller is contributing and Amazon takes the best content.

this is my product that only works with our services. there are no other sellers other than Amazon warehouse, we have now purchased our own stock back from (as its a zero based sum other than shipping) them and logged a case to stop the Warehouse selling our goods.

I open a case log and i simply get told it will work try again later. well i keep trying and it doesnt let me just the same message.

anyone had this experience and have a resolution?

I have had this issue with a bunch of our products too.

After 5 weeks of back and forward between me and the Seller support I might be able to give you a bit of information.

Since you are brand registered they can remove the images of the other seller and push yours. Mention you want them to do this or you’ll be sending mails for a few weeks for step one.

Usually this helps but sometimes if the other seller uses an automated system they will get added again and you will have to do this again up to a point where the system takes your images over the others.

Whats the asin. We had one recently with someone had added only a picture of the back of a product and we could not make seller support understnd the problem eventually went another route and not sure if this is open to you but reported the pic for amazon violation (it had the manufacturers web address on the back)
