Read onlyI would like to update title, color, style and other common attributes for listings that I have created, I own, and am brand registered for.
Updates to not process despite delete and relist, and attempting to contact seller support. I get this reply from amazon " After a review, we’ve determined that the attribute you would like to update for this ASIN has already been claimed by another representative of the brand."
Please help me understand this. I have even logged into the main account to make updates directly instead of using my secondary user login but this only worked for some items. I have outstanding changes that have not gone through and amazon will keep sending me the same reply.

do you get the same error message, even if you try to change the attributes individually? Let's say changing only the color, instead of updating title and style as well? Just to see if it is one of the attributes that is causing an issue or all of them.

yes- it happens for individual attributes across many asins. Now amazon seller support is using new vocab. They used to say - "owned by another representative" now they are saying "another brand steward". But what does this actually mean?
Do I need to confirm what secondary user last updated the item and use that same account?
Is there something else going on where amazon is incorrectly giving another seller or retail contribution the winning attribute information.
I have gone in circles with no resolution. Just living with incorrect detail page information while another detail page updates in seconds. It's extremely frustrating.

Sure I have about 20 attributes total across all EU markets that I cannot change. Every case ends up the same way. I'll send you my most recent: case ID: 9711942422

For the Case 9711942422 I can see that the support is asking for the proposed value that you want to update for the ASIN. Could you please provide them the necessary information, to see if they can update it?

Hi I have provided the proposed value which is a deletion of a particular incorrect bullet point.
But this is not getting to the root of the problem. The concern is why are there other brand stewards with higher contribution value than the super user for the seller central account. How can I ensure that I can update my products directly?
