Unable to list items in seller inventory?

Anyone else experiencing error message when trying to add items to inventory in the last couple of hours? I keep getting the message: " An error occurred when we tried to process your request. We apologise for the inconvenience. Rest assured that we are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please try again at a later time."
Everything else is operating normally in seller account. Tried logging out and back in again, but same problem recurs.

I try not to read Sellers Forums too much ,it’s too depressing because
A) You realise the level of discontent with powerless Sellers totally in Amazons hands.
B) It becomes a slanging match and gets very personal with some people purporting to know how the whole system works “The Masters Of The Universe “ syndrome.
C) We should not have to rely on a do-it - yourself approach.Nowhere else Would businesses get away with this laissez -faire approach.
When will these Global organisations realise that keeping people at arms length is not good for effective PR policy.

I’ve come to the conclusion (in the absence of any evidence to the contrary) that this is probably a case of Amazon having implemented the latest in a long series of system updates and changes, resulting in one or more part(s) of the seller interface no longer being compatible with older versions of some browsers and operating systems. I will therefore now be using a more recent version of Windows (Windows 8+) and an up to date browser from now on. I had no problems adding a product to my inventory just now using Windows 8 and an up to date version of Microsoft Edge.

Yes had this problem regularly but followed suggestions on here to install and use Firefox and all seems well now so would recommend that. Good luck!
