Suspension Confusion
My account has been suspended. I had a buyer claiming an item had not arrived when tracking showed he had received it three days before. When I produced this evidence, he suddenly changed his story to say a neighbour had been holding it. As this was the second time I’d had a problem of this kind with this buyer, I said details of his claim would be passed to Royal Mail in the interests of fraud prevention. He claimed this was a breach of GDPR and, in a spirit of vengeance, made multiple complaints to Amazon about me. As such, they said I have been suspended because “you have shared personal information about a buyer.”
I won’t ask about the reasonableness or legality of this as I know Amazon are not interested in such things. What I want to know is this. I submitted a detailed explanation and “plan of action” in accordance with the recommended model on 15th May. Have had nothing back until today when I received an email with subject “you are no longer allowed to sell on Amazon.co.uk.” I took this to be their “decision” email, but the message body then says “temporarily deactivated” and all the standard stuff about holding funds, etc. But my “appeal” documents and plan have now disappeared. My listings on other Amazon channels, .fr, .de etc., are still visible. Can I at least rest assured that this is therefore just a part of the suspension/review process ongoing? They have not asked for a revised plan or made any response to what I submitted, but I remain suspended from .uk with only this self-contradicting email to go on.
Do they always eventually give a proper response? I am unclear from this where it stands now, but I am assuming I am better off not resubmitting that plan or anything else unless requested by them as other threads indicate that any new contact puts you to the back of the queue for possible reinstatement?

Better to copy / paste what Amazon sent you so we have clarity.
