Read onlyMy account was deactivated for "intellectual property violation" but I can't find any information about it in my account. Under performance and account health it says I have zero violations, and my account health is "good". I can't get a hold of anybody to help. I'm super frustrated. None of the information on what I need to do is clear. It is asking me to follow steps that don't exist. There is a "contact us" button but when I press it, it says I do not have access to it. Any ideas on what I can do?
Hello @Seller_oo3CqfFG1xe5K,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns about your account deactivation. I can certainly understand your frustration with the situation and the lack of clear information. Let me provide some clarity for you.
I contacted the responsible team and was informed that on June 26th, 2024, you received a performance notification entitled "Your Amazon.com seller account has been temporarily deactivated." Please review this notification because all the information needed are there.
When an account is deactivated, the violations are removed from the account health page, and only the red banner remains. This explains why you're not seeing any specific violation information.
Please use the yellow button to send the required documents to reactivate your account.
The ONLY documents that Amazon will accept for your account reactivation are:
The information above, according to the responsible team, was sent on July 1st, 2024, in the performance notification "Your Amazon.com selling account".
When an account is deactivated, contact is only possible through messages, not phone calls. This explains why you're unable to access the usual contact options.
Please review the "Intellectual Property Policy for Sellers" for more details.
Thank you for utilizing the sellers forum. The community and I are here in case you need more clarification. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions about the reactivation process.
Best,
-Roxy
