We are facing an issue with the A+ premium content availability.
We have met all of the criteria of Premium A+ Content per https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G202102930
We have also contacted Seller Support, but we keep getting the same automated answer without any further explanation (Case ID: ID 10201112502). We have waited for Amazon for reevaluate our premium A+ content eligibility, as per the support's request, but we still to this day haven't received access to it.
We meet the two requirements.
1. Created 5 project submissions of A+ Content that have been approved and published within the past 12 months ( We created 7 in past 12 months)
2. Add all Brand Story to all ASINs.

I am following up on your case with the team. I must tell you, lately, every answer I received is that everything is working as intended and every Friday those who are eligible will automatically receive the banner for Premium A+.
