Hi, I trying to upload products to Belgian marketplace that the Build International Listings did not do…
I download the flat file from the Belgian marketplace but it has a different ‘product_type’ from the UK marketplace, which results in errors telling me the ‘product_type’ is wrong.
Also the file is in french which makes life difficult…
Can I use the UK flat file…but upload to the Belgian marketplace?
this would have the correct category and it would be in english…
Im encountering this problem often, different categories in other marketplaces for4 the same products.

I’ve not done this myself, but common sense would dictate that if they have separate files, for separate countries, then you really have no choice, but to use the country specific one.
You obviously need to change those fields that don’t quite fit, before you upload the file.
Though I see no reason why you can’t base the information off the UK file.
But aside from anything else, you need to translate the listings anyway, you can’t upload them in English.
