We found out that 3 of our ASINs have wrong dimensions and so we are paying far too high FBA fees. We created cases to ask AMZ FBA for remeasurement in FR, DE< IT and ES. However we only got negative answers. Despite our product is clearly in stock with 338 units, Seller Support keeps saying they don't have available unit in stock to remeasure the product. We are loosing a lot of money. Could you please help?
