Wondering if anyone has had a successful ungate or proof of supply chain chanllenge from a SHEIN invoice?
Did you buy from the Shein wholesale website or retail website?
If the former then yes they should accept the invoice.
If the latter then no as items were purchased retail and thus have to be classed as "Used". And if you purchased clothing via the retail site then "Used" clothing cannot be listed on Amazon.
Sorry if you knew all this already.
I don't need to. Purchasing an item retail to sell as "new" is used according to Amazon. The warranty belongs to the person who bought the item in the first place. If you buy something retail and sell it as "new", the warranty does not transfer to the second owner.
Search the forum and you will find loads of threads and comments regarding buying stuff retail and trying to list it as "New".
If Amazon asked you to provide invoices for your items you would not be able to supply one - Amazon does not accept retail receipts.
The above has been the case for all of the 12 years I have been selling on Amazon.
Oh I know, it was mildly sarcastic. I am not that absent minded!
What I find disturbing is the number of people that think it's ok to buy more Chinese imports from Temu/Shein/Aliexpress etc and resell them on Amazon. And then you have those that will dropship the same products from Amazon to eBay etc.
Are there any people left that actually want a longer lasting business model?
