A+ Listing "keywords violate our community guidelines: hernia"

Hey everyoneeee,

I sell support wear (waistbands, belts, briefs etc.) for people with Stomas and Hernias. I have never had issues with using the word “hernia” in all other regular product descriptions or bullets, but when trying to upload images containing text (which includes the word “hernia”) for an A+ listing, I always hit the error "keywords violate our community guidelines: hernia"

I can’t get rid of the word “hernia” from my description as hernia protection and support is one of the main uses for many of my products. I also thought that this would be okay within the category “Health & Personal Care > Medical Supplies & Equipment > Braces, Splints & Slings > Waist & Abdomen Support” no?

Pleas help, i’m not sure what to do!

Thanks,
Samir

I have come across similar issues which are really silly to be honest. For example A+ flags any content that says something like “Great for bloating and aids digestion” - because of the word ‘aids’. There are loads of little examples I could give you like that, but there is no solution really other than to rewrite your content.

So I’d use ‘helps’ in place of ‘aids’ but i’m not sure what you could put for ‘hernia’ - perhaps try to describe a hernia if you cant find an alternative. Pain in the backside I know.
