Account Level Reserve higher than usual
Our account level reserve has been higher than usual (By £5-6K) since the start of July. Every time we request a disbursement the majority of the funds move back to the account level reserve.
Opened multiple cases and get nothing back - any ideas? Is there an email address we can contact?

I sent this email on Wednesday and restrictions were lifted the next day. I’m a small seller so the risk might be less for me which is why it happened quickly. But good luck.
