Helium 10 Listing Analysis Score

I hav just begun using Helium 10 and although it all seems really beneficial in terms of finely tuning listings etc going forward ( which is definitely essential in regard to my listings), can anyone shed any light on the “Listings analysis” feature where it rates your listing out of 10.

If anyone is using this tool, what have you got your listings scoring at?

I am totally aware of the work and amendments that need to be made to mine as a work in progress, just wondering what people are hitting out of 10 using this tool and what is considered a decent score for the listing to peform.

I don’t subscribe to Helium, but do use the free version.
An awful lot of listings simply don’t meet the full marks.
But that is down to whoever created them in the first place, but as long as the product is reasonable, and fairly obvious as to what it is, it doesn’t make much difference.
However, 99% of my products, are well known brands.
That being said, I would suggest that if it’s your own product, the just make it as good as you possibly can. The actual score doesn’t matter that much, if the product itself is well presented and looks good.
The score, is quite specific in the way it works. ie. number of characters in the title and so on.
So think of it more as a guide, than anything else.

Hi Gladbags,

We use Helium 10 Often,

With a New Item we have listed we try to aim for 7/10, you can’t get any higher than that until your product has reviews/ ratings.

After our Product gets Ratings we are looking at 8-9/10.

Please be aware to get these ratings straight off the bat you need to have Enhanced Brand Content.

Also as a side note if you are new to helium 10, on the Listing Builder it will tell you that you can go up to 250 characters on the Product title… if you go over 200 characters amazon will search suppress your item until you change it
