The Latest pointless dashboard box

I now have another completely pointless box on my dashboard

[View selling applications]SELLING%20APPLICATION

I’m assuming this is to do with a non isbn book I recently tried to list. I was asked for information which I simply could not supply – I gave up in the end and listed it on eb without any problems.
When I press View selling applications in this box I am directed back to my attempt to list the book. There seems to be absolutely no way to tell amazon that I have lost interest in selling the book. Is the box stuck there forever?

I believe it goes after roughly 30 days

I had a survey sent to me this week as Amazon identified that the number of products I am offering as FBM has dropped. They wanted to know what they needed to do to increase this.

It sounds like they simply have no understanding that their policies and seller support make selling on Amazon very very difficult/time consuming and therefore ultimately not very profitable.

I told them in the survey but I doubt it will have any impact.

Yes, I have had several of those - where I did not proceed to request approval.
They DO disappear after a while - just very annoying having all these hug, unused widgets on your homepage.
I am sick of the EPR one and the VAT services one - I will never use, and have told them so on the feedback on the flipside of the widgets, requested they remove, but no still there after months.
