Are FBM items for sale on EU Amazon sites?
HI iv started selling on amazon. I have been sent items into FBA and selling with them within the UK. ( This year )
Some items i want to FBM. I have also filled the prices for EU ones.
Are the items for sale in the EU now? And i just FBM them
Im not VAT registered in other EU countries only the UK, i was not planning sending items to be stocked in the EU either

Your FBA items in Uk will only be sold to buyers within UK. If you do FBM for EU sales then you will have to deal with customs requirements etc.
Its a big subject and Amazon have, for once, put a lot of info in their Help/Announcements section for guidance - things may change in July.

When you registered initially you would have been able to sell across Europe. However since brexit, Amazon would have deactivated fba sales outside the UK, you can still sell across Europe through merchant fulfilled though, but you have to arrange and pay for shippement. To continue to sell outside the UK you need to register for VAT in that country and get EIRo number. Basically sign up to Amazon Partner Carrier program and they can enroll you for free, but you will need to send your stock to fba in Europe through that program.
