Cartoon dimensions and weight restrictions
Good Morning,
My supplier is curently packing goods and the weight of one cartoon is 22.5 KG.
According to Amazon guidlines the max weight is 23 KG and needs a heavy label. However during covid the max weight was decreased to 15KG but the guidelines where not updated.
Question: Can I send in cartoons weighing up to 23 KG?

"In March, we temporarily limited receiving, restocking and shipping for products that require two people to pick, pack or dispatch. We did so to protect the well-being of our employees and to ensure our adherence to guidance from health authorities regarding physical distancing. The policy applied to parcels and individual products weighing more than 15 kg.
In October, we resumed the processing of individual products and parcels over 15 kg in the UK, France, Italy and Spain.
In November, we are also resuming the processing of individual products and parcels over 15 kg in Germany, effectively lifting the restriction in all the European marketplaces.
We have changed our operations so we can receive, restock and ship these products while continuing to keep our employees protected and follow safety guidelines from local and international health authorities."
