Cluster of items "delivered" but not delivered by Royal Mail
Tis the season to misdeliver? The past 72 hours we’ve had a stream of customers who’s orders have been “delivered” according to Royal Mail on a Royal Mail 48 barcode scan but the customers are not getting the items… They’re very low cost items £3 to £5 max. Since we swapped to RM 48 a few months ago our items haven’t arrived claims have all but vanished… but this week it’s the ones that are actually getting scanned that people are advising haven’t actually made it to them… as a result we’ve had a string of A-Z claims which puts us back in the place of just having to refund customers despite the tracking saying it’s delivered.
