Brand Registry application needs to be submitted by the trademark owner.

If you are an authorized agent of the brand, please first have the actual trademark owner enroll their brand into Brand Registry with their account. Once the brand is approved, the brand owner can add your account as an authorized user."

Hello people. I have had a brand registry application rejected because 'we have identified the trademark from your application as related to a brand that is already enrolled in Brand Registry.'

I own the trademark on UKIPO.

There are two other trademarks with the same name however they are in a different class and not related to mine on the UKIPO.

I have replied to Amazon explaining that I own the trademark in this particular class and therefore I should be able to protect my brand and products however they responded with the same reply.

What are my next steps?

I'm facing an issue where my brand ownership request for an ASIN is being blocked due to a discrepancy in trademark classifications. The current rights owner is using a trademark under a Nice Classification that doesn’t match the product category (for example it's for food items, but their trademark is for something else). I hold the correct trademark under the right classification, but Amazon isn't recognizing me as the brand owner.

All my brand applications have been rejected as 'its already enrolled in Brand Registry.' I keep on getting generic replies from brand registry support.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? Any advice on resolving this with Amazon Brand Registry would be greatly appreciated.
