Hello everyone,
I'm seeking guidance on resolving a restriction issue with my Amazon seller account. The reasons provided by Amazon for this restriction include:
1. A need for a detailed explanation proving my compliance with the seller's code of conduct.
2. Documentation demonstrating adherence to the seller's code of conduct.
3. A power of attorney from the trademark rights holder for alterations related to brand name, title, product details page, or brand attributes.
4. Proof of trademark rights ownership, such as a trademark registration certificate.
5. An explanation for my intended modifications to the product detail page and the accuracy of these changes.
Additionally, Amazon has specified that the required documents should:
- Be valid and not expired, revoked, or otherwise invalid.
- Be of high quality and in color, ensuring they are clear, readable, and display the full page.
- Include consistent personal information, matching the details provided when registering the seller account.
- Show the entire document, including both sides if necessary.
- Be formatted as JPG, PDF, or DOCX.
- Remain authentic and unaltered.
In my defense, I have stated:
- I do not own the trademark rights.
- I lack a power of attorney authorizing any changes to the brand-related elements.
- All the information I submitted was accurately translated from the product’s original packaging and informational materials.
- I have acknowledged that without proper authorization, I will refrain from selling the products “Fu Biao” and “Liang Jiefu” on Amazon to prevent any legal issues.
To restore my account, I propose to limit my sales to products free from trademark complications until I receive the necessary documentation from the trademark holder. I commit to adhering strictly to all Amazon's regulations moving forward.
Could you advise if reactivation of my account is feasible under these terms? I would also like to request a conversation with an Amazon representative to discuss this further. Thank you for your assistance.
